    1) Drinking water instead soda makes the lack of energy go away. A study reveals that the sugar excess in the soft drinks create the feeling of tiredness.
    2) Eating papayas may prevent your digestion from stopping. I In my experience, exercise also helps a lot to normalize your digestion.
    3) If you eat protein and vegetables instead of flour and bread, you will avoid too much the possibility to get fat.
    4) Eating dinner 3 hours before bedtime prevent your body from deteriorating. Research shows that eating dinner and going to sleep without waiting at least 3 hours keeps your body heavy and sleepless because of the unprocessed food in your stomach.
    5) Eating fats from fruits help you concentrate. I proved that eating avocado at breakfast or lunch allows me to focus more on my day activities.

  4. 1.The best way to eat for health is to choose a variety of foods from each of the 5 food groups every day: Vegetables and legumes (beans), fruit, grains and cereals. Lean meat, poultry, fish, eggs, legumes (beans) tofu, nuts, seeds. Milk, cheese, yoghurt or alternatives.

    2.Eat more: Raw and cooked vegetables & fruit , nuts, seeds, beans & pulses, whole grain cereals/bread, lean white meat (chicken without skin), fish (especially oily).

    3.Eat in moderation: Lean cuts of beef, lamb, pork, shellfish, dairy products (low fat), unsaturated fats (olive oil, vegetable oil). Dried fruit, jams. Sucrose, honey, fructose, chocolate.

    4. Eat less and in limited amounts: Saturated fat (butter, margarine, lard, cheese, cream, high fat milk), trans fat, salt . Processed meats/fatty cuts of meat (sausages, salami, bacon, ribs etc).Processed meals (high in fat, sugar and salt). Pastries, muffins, pies, cakes, sweets, etc.Alcohol is high is sugar and calories and is only recommended in moderation.
